Ronald McDonald House New Mexico provides lodging for families whose home is outside of Bernalillo County and whose children are 21 years of age or younger and receiving active medical treatment in Albuquerque. Accommodations include private guest room with restroom, free laundry facilities with soap provided, free gym, transportation to and from hospitals, dinner provided every night, and additional food available for breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
Ronald McDonald House New Mexico also provides two Ronald McDonald Family Rooms in Albuquerque to provide support inside the hospital. These rooms offer a special place of respite, relaxation and privacy within the walls of the UNM Children’s Hospital and Presbyterian Hospital where parents are just steps away from their child’s bedside.
