The San Juan Medical Foundation is a community-based, independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to enhancing health care in the Four Corners region. The San Juan Medical Foundation serves alongside San Juan Regional Medical Center to meet the community’s health care needs and goals.
The Connelly Hospitality House provides lodging for cancer patients and their caregivers, age 18 and older, who must travel over 50 miles to receive treatment in Farmington, NM. (If rooms are available, families of patients hospitalized due to a traumatic injury or medical emergency may also apply for lodging.) The Cathy Lincoln Cancer Fund provides financial assistance to women, 18 years and older, of San Juan County who are receiving treatment for cancer. Covered services may include diagnostic testing, medical exams, procedures, medication, and other cancer-related services. The Riley Men's Health Fund provides San Juan County men, 18 years or older, with financial assistance for medical diagnostic tests and treatment.
